Inside Sales Representation

We are looking for Inside Sales Representatives to add to our sales team. Responsibilities will include:

  • Conduct outbound calls and emails to generate leads and qualify prospects.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through proactive prospecting and lead nurturing.
  • Understand customer needs and effectively communicate the value proposition of our products or services.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategic sales approaches.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with overall company objectives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Participate in regular sales training and professional development activities.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to prioritize and manage a sales pipeline and maintain a high daily volume of outbound communications.


  • Proven experience as an Inside Sales Representative or similar sales role.
  • Willing to work in a commission-only role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong sense of initiative and self-motivation.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
  • Adept at building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Knowledge of the industry and market trends is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
